Description

This is a full-time on-site role as  Human Resources Administrator at Lawtons Africa in Nairobi County, Kenya. The  Human Resources Administrator  will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. They will oversee HR management functions and lead initiatives to support the organization's culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a HR Administration Role.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR Related Field.
  • Previous experience in legal environment is an added advantage.
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in talent acquisition and retention
