Sales Executive

Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, primarily focusing on businesses.
  3.  Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions or product recommendations.
  4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services.
  5.  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and effectively close sales deals.
  6. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  8. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software and prepare regular sales reports.
  9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to relevant teams to enhance products, services, and customer experiences.
  10. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and e-commerce merchandising, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales  targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Preferably, experience or knowledge in e-commerce.
