- The Call Center Agent is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and furthering customer satisfaction ratings for Mwananchi Credit Limited.
Qualifications:
- The incumbent must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or a rela- ted field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a call center or customer service and sales environment Computer literacy and proficiency
- Previous experience in call center setup
