Smart sales is a Kenyan-based sales company working with entrepreneurs who want to grow their companies by increasing their capacity to sell.
Roles and responsibilities
- Take responsibility and build a sales pipeline that can meet the contact center revenue targets.
- Manage their own end to end sales process up to deal closure
- Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Actively track progress toward goals and document it on the required tools.
- Become fluent in the products and solutions.
- Gain familiarity with the contact center industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products for our clients.
- Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Contribute to social media activities by contributing to articles, blogs, and posts highlighting company achievements and staff.
- Support the implementation of project timelines, schedules, and impact measurement solutions.
Qualifications and experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in a competitive, diverse fast-paced environment.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Good understanding of sales processes
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate capabilities to engage c-suites.
