Housekeeping Manager at Stedmak Gardens and Recreational Centre

Stedmak Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Leadership: Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Stedmak Gardens’ standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring timely ordering and cost control.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, particularly maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that housekeeping operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the housekeeping budget, controlling expenses, and optimizing resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and budget effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in housekeeping.
