KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
- Digital Strategy Development - work in collaboration with the business development team, develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target au- dience demographics.
- Content Creation and Management - Create engaging and relevant content for the company's website, social media channels, email cam- paigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Social Media Management - Manage the company's social media ac- counts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads, Face- book Ads, Linkedin Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase web- site rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Email Marketing - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with prospective clients, and engage with current clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and Communications and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
