Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant operations at this luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury a la carte dining establishments, particularly in high-end, exclusive resorts. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences, managing a skilled team, and upholding the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute a menu that aligns with the resort’s brand.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control for the restaurant.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and optimize operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Nationality: Open to Kenyan nationals.
• Experience: Must have experience managing luxury a la carte restaurants; candidates with backgrounds in 4-star or buffet-style establishments need not apply.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a natural leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
