Gym Manager – Cuts and Curves Fitness Hub

Cuts and Curves Fitness Hub Ltd is a leading fitness center committed to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. We offer personal training, group classes, and state-of-the-art equipment. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Gym Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day gym operations and staff, including trainers and receptionists.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow membership and retain clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Oversee budget management, financial performance, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle member inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience managing a gym or fitness center.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fitness programs and trends.
• Fitness or Personal Training certification (preferred).
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
