Key Responsibilities:
● Maintenance of tools and machines inventory
● Managing entire inventory
● Organizing and maintaining stock
● Stock taking
● Receiving and dispatching goods
● Keeping records of transactions
● Ensuring the smooth operation of a store or warehouse
● Keeping the store clean and organized
● Handling hazardous materials
● Preparing daily fuel reports
● Preparing daily food inventories
● Preparing daily meal counts
● Develop and implement procurement strategies
● Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing
● Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other data
● Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum 2years working experience (Preferably in a construction industry)
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and standards.
- Certification in procurement e.g CIPS, CPSM is an added advantage.
