Description
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, & compliance of various documents submitted by clients.
Key responsibilities
Document & Data Verification
- Validating & compiling candidate's credentials by querying different databases
- Conducting research into candidate's information by contacting external entities such as educational institutions, HR professionals and any other 3rd party institutions to ensure validity, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards
Verification Processes
- Utilize a combination of manual and automated verification processes to cross-reference documents against established databases, guidelines, and criteria, flagging any inconsistencies or potential fraud
- Ensuring supporting documents for each verification
- Ensuring we always meet our SLA commitment to clients
- Ensuring accuracy of information received from sources
- Sending out an exceptional report to the Team Lead within 24hrs of receiving feedback
- Reporting any bottlenecks on time
Authentication
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques to assess the authenticity of documents including watermark analysis, hologram inspection, and signature verification
Communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather missing information, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear explanations regarding verification outcomes.
Quality Control
- Continuously monitor the accuracy and efficiency of verification procedures
- Identifying areas for enhancement
- Suggesting improvements to optimize document verification workflow
Compliance
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices and emerging trends
- Ensuring all processes adhere to legal & regulatory requirements
Training
- Participate in ongoing learning and development programs to remain current on new verification techniques, tools & technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma from a reputable tertiary institution
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
