Housekeeping Manager at PHINA

We are looking for a dedicated detail-oriented and experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for maintaining exceptional standards to lead and ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and checklists.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage ordering and budgeting.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns related to housekeeping services.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software and systems.

Salary: 40-50k
