Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage ordering and budgeting.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software and systems.
Salary: 40-50k
