Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist in training and developing staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and monitor cost control.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food and beverage management systems and best practices
