Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the À la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste. Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume à la carte kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred. Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
