Waitress

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team in Ongata Rongai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food service, including serving food, setting tables, and ensuring table clearance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set tables according to the required standards, ensuring proper arrangement of cutlery, crockery, and napkins.
• Clear tables efficiently after meals and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to customer needs.
• A professional and presentable demeanor.
