Job Description:
Sayyida Fatimah Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to effectively manage billing operations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate records of patient accounts and billing information.
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid bills and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Generate and distribute periodic billing reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and hospital standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or ATD certification is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in computer applications and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
