Job Description:
Sayyida Fatimah Hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Marketer to enhance our brand presence and drive patient engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s medical services, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate organizations and individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and referral networks.
• Organize and participate in medical camps, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present marketing reports to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in medical services marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
