Job Description:
Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Management Officer to oversee the management and maintenance of their properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid background in real estate and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial oversight.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Coordinate property inspections and address any issues identified.
- Maintain property records and ensure timely payment of bills, including taxes and utilities.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers to manage repairs and renovations.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management.
- Project management skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
