Fullcare Co. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure they align with industry best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems is an added advantage.
