Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Reporting and Analytics lead to join our healthcare team. This pivotal role involves developing, delivering, and managing accurate and actionable reports and analytics that support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in driving business performance and fostering growth by ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our reporting systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting
  • Develop dashboards, templates, and track key operational metrics to drive
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven
  • Continuously improve reporting processes for efficiency and
  • Automate reporting tasks and enhance statistical methods for better
  • Generate and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information
  • Monitor and improve process performance using
  • Create, maintain, and adapt report templates as needed.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data gathering, interpretation and
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and present data insights
  • Familiarity with process improvement and automation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management
  • Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs including night shifts and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River, or Mlolongo.
