Junior Loan Officer Application

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Processing and Assessment:

  • Assist in evaluating loan applications and verifying client information.
  • Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Client Engagement:

  • Educate clients on SME loan products and services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients on loan disbursement and repayment schedules.

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Promote SME loan products to prospective clients and meet set sales targets.

• Compliance and Reporting:

  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in loan processing.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on loan performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and credit evaluation is an added advantage.
