Description

This role supports the company’s financial operations by ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and receivable in a multinational, multicurrency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Capture supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and clear paid invoices in a multicurrency environment.
  • Accounts Receivable:Ensure timely collection of dues, allocate deposits to invoices, and maintain rebate schedules.
  • General Ledger: Assist in posting entries, conduct periodic audits, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Compliance:Help prepare and file tax returns and other statutory documents.
  • Petty Cash: Record and manage petty cash expenditures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with switchboard and ad-hoc finance tasks as required.

Requirements for the job

  • Education: Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company with multicurrency transactions.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently under pressure
