We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in the IVF and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. With a deep understanding of the healthcare dynamics in the Coast region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IVF and healthcare sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Handle client queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  4. Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.
  5. Regional Expertise:

    • Leverage knowledge of the Coast region to identify opportunities and address challenges.
    • Build partnerships with local healthcare providers and institutions.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with at least 3 years in the IVF or healthcare sector.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Deep understanding of the Coast region and its healthcare dynamics.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges.
