We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR operations, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  3. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
    • Prepare HR-related reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
    • Process payroll inputs, leave requests, and benefits administration.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
    • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and development plans.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation.
    • Support the implementation of career development programs.
  6. Compliance and Policy Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
    • Participate in internal audits and provide support during external audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • High level of discretion and ethical standards.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
