We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their HR Diploma, has prior internship experience, and is eager to learn and grow in a progressive digital lending environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Assist in the statutory filing and payment process.
  • Address payroll-related matters and employee queries.
  • Manage leave applications, approvals, and tracking.
  • Draft and organize HR paperwork, including contracts and official letters.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Intern or Attachee.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
