We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader - Sales and Marketing to lead and inspire our sales team while driving the growth of our logbook loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote logbook loans.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with management to set realistic sales goals and align them with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a business-related course.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in selling logbook loans or a similar financial product.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with financial products and services.
