Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, delivering an exceptional dining experience while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure a high standard of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and attract customers.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Analyze restaurant performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
