Sales and Marketing Officer

Our client is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and marketing animal feeds. Ladies above 28 years are encouraged to apply, and candidates must be ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

   • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
   • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

2. Marketing Activities:

   • Promote the company’s animal feeds to potential and existing customers.
   • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

3. Customer Service:

   • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
   • Resolve complaints or concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

   • Analyze market trends and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
   • Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to management.

5. Reporting:

   • Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports to track performance.
   • Provide updates on customer interactions and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in sales, with specific experience in selling animal feeds.
  • At least 4 months of customer service experience.

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
