Molars Dental Clinic is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Associate to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and advertising campaigns to attract and retain customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and knowledge of dental industry terminologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to meet marketing objectives, such as patient acquisition and brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to improve campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure content aligns with clinic services and values.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the clinic’s digital presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven expertise in content creation and social media advertising.
- Basic understanding of dental terminologies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Added Advantages:
- Proficiency in email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Ads.
- Experience in graphic design using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
