Project Leaders (Unit Managers)

Our client, a fast-growing organization in the fintech industry specializing in "Procure Now, Pay Later" services, is seeking dynamic Project Leaders (Unit Managers). The successful candidates will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targeted revenue in their assigned market. This role involves creating and implementing growth strategies to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and resolve challenges.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, values, and compliance standards.
• Manage resource allocation, including airtime and transport allowances, for team efficiency.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 2 years in a team management role.
• Proven experience in the fintech industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute growth-driven strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to start immediately.
