Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting Kyobi Digital’s wide range of services, including software solutions (SaaS), web development and maintenance, and digital marketing services. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Kyobi Digital’s client base, with a focus on selling software solutions (SaaS), web development and maintenance services, and digital marketing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of Kyobi Digital’s services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting Kyobi Digital’s comprehensive suite of services.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting progress toward targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software, web development, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with web development services, software development, and digital marketing services is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proven sales experience and track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in software solutions, web development, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
