We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the FMCG or beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Route to Market (RTM) strategies, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets. Candidates with experience working in companies dealing with beverages, floor, food supply kyosks and any related are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets.
  • Develop and implement Route to Market (RTM) plans to maximize product availability and visibility.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection from customers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct training and product education sessions for customers and distributors.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and sales strategies to stay ahead.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and company policies.
  • Utilize technology and digital tools for reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in Route to Market (RTM) strategies and direct sales.
  • Strong ability to handle high-pressure sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with well-known FMCG brands like Coca-Cola, EABL, Safaricom, Kyosk, Twiga, or Unga Group is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
