We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer cum Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, coupled with solid knowledge and experience in human resources. This role will involve designing and delivering training programs, assisting in HR functions, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to meet organizational needs.
  2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
  3. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions for employees at all levels.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  5. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  5. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs.
  3. Solid knowledge and experience in human resource management.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
