We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our dining and beverage services, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate in F&B Service or Hotel Management, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery in all dining areas, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects The Social House’s unique brand and values.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.

Team Leadership:

  • Train, mentor, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Schedule and assign duties to team members, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures for the food and beverage department.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Utilize financial systems to track and analyze key performance metrics.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events, private dining, and catering services.
  • Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards, reflecting The Social House’s unique style.

Innovation & Creativity:

  • Contribute to the development of new menus, beverages, and dining concepts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hotel Management.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
  3. A relevant degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
  4. Knowledge of financial systems and experience in budgeting and cost control.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, staff development, conflict resolution, and time management.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Commitment to high-level service and a positive attitude.
