  • Lead Generation for new businesses with key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building with prospective clients
  • Client Acquisition
  • Market Research & Strategy Development to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Sales Strategy & Proposal Development to prospective clients.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams for client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a PR, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of public relations, media, and communication strategies.
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
