Sales Lady – Mombasa

Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lady to join their team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves promoting and selling our products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
2. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Participate in product promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
8. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
9. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
10. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
6. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
8. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
9. Knowledge of the Mombasa market is an added advantage.
