Nutritionist Sales

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising customers on nutritional products, including supplements, and promoting their benefits. Additionally, the role involves selling beauty and skincare products, making it essential to have a strong understanding of both nutrition and skincare. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in retail sales, particularly in supplements, beauty, and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers on nutritional products, including supplements, and their health benefits.
• Recommend personalized nutrition plans based on customers' needs and goals.
• Promote and sell beauty and skincare products, ensuring customers understand their benefits and usage.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutritional trends, supplements, beauty, and skincare products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in supplements, beauty, and skincare products.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional products, supplements, and their health benefits.
• Familiarity with beauty and skincare products is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about health and wellness.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
