Sales Lady – Nakuru

Our client is a reputable company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality animal feeds and related products. They are committed to delivering exceptional value to their customers and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Lady to join their team in Nakuru.

Job Summary:
The Sales Lady will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company’s animal feed products in Nakuru and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends. Experience in the animal feeds industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the company’s animal feed products to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company’s products.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in the animal feeds industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nakuru and its environs.
• Residing in Nakuru will be an added advantage.
