Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting StainlessPro Industries Ltd’s top-quality equipment in Eldoret and its surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-energy environment and contribute to the growth of a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of StainlessPro’s equipment.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote StainlessPro’s products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the equipment or industrial products sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Eldoret and its environs.
