Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the real estate industry, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector and other relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Impala Glass Industries Ltd.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a real estate company or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
