Job Purpose:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and brand image of Bristol Park Hospital through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves a combination of creative, analytical, and administrative tasks to ensure the successful promotion of our services and engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in improving the visibility and brand image of the company.
• Administer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to enhance online presence.
• Ensure all branches have the required marketing materials.
• Organize medical camps and perform outreach programs to promote hospital services.
• Create compelling content for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze internal feedback from clients to improve services.
• Offer customer service training to the in-house team to enhance patient experience.
• Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
• Manage all social media activities for the organization.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
• Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a busy marketing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative to ensure key objectives are met.
• Knowledge in graphic designing will be an added advantage.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a business-related course from a recognized institution.
