Neemus Recruitment is assisting in the recruitment of a qualified and dynamic Flower Sales Executive to join a leading team in the horticulture and flower industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably with experience in the flower industry, and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and seek new flower markets and clients globally to expand the business.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data.
- Share information about new products and offerings with clients to drive sales.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Horticulture).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience in the horticulture and flower industries will be a significant advantage.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in major applications and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
