Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a target-driven approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote fintech products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and pricing.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to increase conversion rates.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (preferably in fintech, banking, microfinance, or related industries).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an added advantage.
  • High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
