We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate with 1–3 years of HR experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, preferably gained in a consultancy or client-facing environment. This role requires someone who is confident in managing HR functions while fostering positive workplace relationships and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support in performance management processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies, advising management on risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support HR projects such as audits, restructuring, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Liaise with external consultants and clients as needed, representing the HR function with professionalism and competence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or equivalent is required.
  • Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
