Our client, a dynamic and growing fintech company specializing in logbook and business loans, is seeking results-driven and customer-focused Relationship Officers to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for loan sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and collections in line with set KPIs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lending and Customer Acquisition:
- Drive the acquisition of new logbook and business loan customers.
- Conduct client onboarding and credit assessment in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio with minimal default rates.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely and efficient customer service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Sales & Collection Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales and collection strategies to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and collection processes.
4. Collections:
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding loan repayments.
- Collaborate with the credit and recovery team to manage delinquent accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong skills in lending and collections—especially within the microfinance or fintech sector.
- Passionate, performance-driven, and self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
