Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit, and possess the drive to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in product promotions and activations when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and report performance metrics regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet company objectives.
  • Work flexible shifts including day and night rotations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed targets.
  • Physically fit and able to carry or handle weight above 20kgs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including nights and holidays.
