Internship Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-savvy Sales and Marketing Associate Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management within a dynamic pan-African consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling digital/print content (graphics, videos, presentations) to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize website, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
• Develop multimedia content (photos, videos) for campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze CRM/marketing data, and identify pipeline opportunities.
• Support lead nurturing, sales follow-ups, and proposal development with the business team.
• Assist in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a business-related field.
• 2–5 years of experience (or academic projects) in marketing/communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong grasp of digital strategy, content marketing, and data-driven campaigns.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
