Description
We are looking for Forensic Associates - Audit & Investigations who are highly motivated, eager to learn and energetic and are looking to grow their career in a fulfilling and rewarding professional environment and can work across sectors and take up short-term assignments in different countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and preparations of work plans and appropriate engagement files in line with the client's terms of reference.
- Conducting in-depth forensic audits and investigations into suspected fraudulent activities.
- Gathering and compiling evidence in line with rules of evidence that can be adduced in a court of law.
- Conducting forensic, risk, audit and compliance engagements as per the client's terms of reference.
- Preparation of detailed reports, and appropriate supporting documents and files, in relation to our findings. In addition, staff may be required to present evidence to clients.
- Making value adding recommendations to clients on improvement on internal control environment.
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any business-related field is mandatory.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K or Finalist) or a similar/ related qualification is required.
- Previous working experience in a forensic accounting firm will be an added advantage
