Laboratory Technician at Reach Diagnostic

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic team, delivering high-accuracy results and dependable support to clinicians and patients. This role is critical in helping us meet our mission of timely and accessible diagnostics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring quality and safety
• Maintain strict sample tracking, documentation, and result validation
• Uphold internal quality control systems and biosafety
• Support inventory management and data entry in the lab information
• Prepare laboratory reagents, stains, and
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory
• Monitor temperature logs for fridges, freezers, and
• Conduct daily cleaning, sterilization, and preventive maintenance of
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing stock

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory
• Registered and licensed by KMLTTB.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar diagnostic
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing
• Good IT/computer skills for digital record-keeping and lab
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability in low-resource
• Experience in community-based or mobile diagnostic
