About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional with a focus on Online (Social Media, Email, Website) and Engagement Marketing to join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive quality lead generation.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team and partners to understand target audiences and create targeted campaigns to maximize impact.
  3. Suggest and create innovative promotional ideas, appealing designs and strategies to increase the impact of marketing materials.
  4. Design for digital outputs using the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva that comply with Brand
  5. Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage prospects, and support sales initiatives.
  6. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, online advertising, and content marketing.
  7. Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and lead
  8. Work closely with the sales department to understand their needs, align marketing strategies, and provide marketing support for specific sales campaigns.
  9. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI

Requirements

  1. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing and engagement marketing.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience for candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.
  3. Demonstrated experience, skill and creativity using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to develop creative material for digital outputs following brand guidelines.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  5. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales teams and partners to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication
