Description
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at Branch MFB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our existing customer portfolio through outbound calls to cross-sell financial products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote and cross-sell Branch’s financial products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Branch MFB’s product offerings and customer benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and OKRs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
